BACKGROUND

Than Cutler is an associate attorney at Eddins Domine Law Group, joining part-time in 2025 and full-time in Spring of 2026.  His practice is primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, and family law.

Than operated his own solo law practice in central Kentucky from 2012 to 2026.  He clerked for Circuit Judge Darren Peckler in 2011-2012.  Than graduated law school from the University of Virginia in 2011 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar later that year.  Prior to law school he attended Centre College, where he played soccer and baseball before graduating magna cum laude in 2008.

Than grew up in Frankfort and Danville, Kentucky.  Prior to relocating to Louisville in 2026, he lived in Harrodsburg for many years, occasionally playing indoor soccer and performing in local theater productions.  He became a golf addict in law school, and is not expected to make a full recovery anytime soon.
