BACKGROUND

K. Spencer Pierson is senior associate attorney at Eddins - Domine Law Group.  He joined the firm in 2025, with a primary focus in family law, including divorce, custody, legal separation, and grandparent visitation.

Before joining the firm, Spencer was a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett in the United States Eastern District of Kentucky.  Thereafter, he briefly worked for a medium-sized law firm practicing family law before transitioning to one of the nation's largest family law firms.

Spencer earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2014 from Western Kentucky University, where he majored in Philosophy and minored in Political Science.  He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor form the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2018.  While in law school, Spencer participated int he Williams Institute National Moot Court Competition at UCLA, was an executive board member of OUTLaw, and served on the Kentucky Law Journal's editorial board int he role of Online Content Manager.

He is currently a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana Young Professionals Advisory Board.

Spencer is a Shelby County High School graduate.  In his free time, he enjoys fitness, basketball, spending time with his wife, and rooting for the Indiana Pacers and Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.
